Okay so I would like to buy Ableton Live 6 LE to run on my macbook. I already have Plugsound Pro which is a VST instrument.

Am I right in assuming that I should be able to run anywhere upto 64 different patches from Plugsound Pro while running only one instance of the VST and that Live will be able to address each midi channel separately on different midi tracks? Or does Live only talk to a VST instrument as long as each instance is tied to only one midi channel? Any help appreciated.
