Only Crystal reports outputs in Crystal Reports format. I did some searches for you and it it got me to thinking.if you're going to *create* reports.then you must own the data.

If you own the data, why create crystal Reports at all. Use one of the other OSS programs to build your own reports in a non-proprietary format like HTML, PDF, or whatever.
