None of the keys would work for me and I could not find any downloads that were not malware BUT I did discover by happenstance and much frustration the following: • Disconnect and switch off everything • Press and hold the ' Additional Function' key • Connect power and switch on the printer • Press ' ON/OFF' • You can now release the ' Additional Function' key • Your printer should display the word ' INITIALIZING' • Everything has been reset to factory defaults and is ready to go Hope this helps those who also do not have access to the maintenance software from Canon.
