I even called them and mentioned, that nearly all big and small software vendors provide free upgrades when the product's previous version was purchased during the month before the upgrade's release. The only answer I got was an unfriendly 'We need to earn money'.

And since the release of DiaShow BlueNet it replaced DiaShow Ultimate in the Suite. That's why the new version was an upgrade for the SUITE too. As mentioned before, I've hardly ever seen an enterprise refusing a free upgrade within a month after purchase. Of course I know how to upgrade with cost.
